Thank you for visiting and shopping at 12vau.com The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We ship to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship to international locations, the United States, or Canada.

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Transit Times Delivery times depend on your location within Australia.

  • Metro Areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA): Generally 1 to 3 business days.

  • Regional & WA/NT/TAS: Please allow 2 to 5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, road conditions, or peak seasonal volumes.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery postcode.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY OF HEAVY GOODS (PALLETS) Due to the nature of our products (Lithium Batteries), larger orders may be shipped on pallets.

  • Kerbside Delivery Only: Palletised deliveries are made to the kerbside of the specified address. Drivers are not insured to enter your property or carry items up stairs.

  • Unloading: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is accessible. If you require a tail lift or have specific delivery instructions, please note this at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Authority to Leave: Unless otherwise requested, satchels and smaller boxes may be shipped with "Authority to Leave" instructions. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES & ISSUES We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can assist you:

  1. Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your order upon reception.

  2. Report Damage: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@12vau.com with your order number.

  3. Provide Evidence: You must provide photos or video of the damaged item and the condition of the packaging.

  4. Retain Packaging: Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as this is required for courier insurance claims.

SECTION 6 - ORDER PICKUPS You can skip shipping costs by choosing "Pick Up" at checkout.
